This is a full-time, office-based role ideal for a graduate who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to technically challenging projects where curiosity and attention to detail are highly valued.

About You

You’re a degree-qualified Structural engineer with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning. You have a strong academic foundation and some practical exposure to engineering projects, ideally through internships or industry placements. You’re inquisitive, collaborative, and ready to take ownership of tasks while developing your technical and professional skills.

What You’ll Bring

4-year Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering from an accredited Australian university.
Ability to interpret technical instructions and work with abstract and concrete variables.
Understanding of engineering standards and compliance principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
