With a clear focus on building efficient systems and robust governance, she ensures the business has the operational foundation it needs to grow. At SOTO, Linda is responsible for financial reporting and governance, budgeting, cashflow, project reporting, IT systems and vendor management, payroll, compliance, and workforce planning—bringing structure, clarity, and forward momentum to every aspect of the business’s internal operations. Linda brings over two decades of experience in finance roles across labour hire and recruitment businesses, progressing from a family-run company to a national business and eventually a listed enterprise. After spending over seven years in the listed space, she realised her passion lies in working with private SMEs, businesses where her knowledge and systems thinking can make a tangible impact. Leadership & People Focus Before joining SOTO, Linda served as Head of Finance in a national recruitment firm, leading a team of over 80 indirect reports. Under her leadership, the department achieved the lowest staff turnover and highest employee satisfaction across the organisation’s shared services division. A natural mentor, Linda has helped first-time leaders in finance teams grow into confident, capable managers, building strong team cultures grounded in support, trust and accountability.
